CLIENT: Marsh Properties
As the project manager for BB+M Architecture, we collaborated with Marsh Properties to design a luxury apartment building in the heart of the Sedgefield neighborhood.
With its Mid-Century Modern design, The Edge features 263 apartment units and more than 12,000 square feet of indoor amenity space spread over five floors that wrap around a central parking deck. Highlights include expansive windows, warm and inviting interiors, and several private exterior courtyards that include a saltwater pool and dog park.
This project epitomizes urban sophistication. The Edge won the 2021 Building NC Residential Award and the 2023 NAHB Best in American Living Award: Platinum Award for 4-7 Stories, For Rent.
